Production & Shipment processing time
All of our loupes—ErgoVision, Zyro, and Headloop MAX—are made to order to ensure the highest quality and precision for you.
Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the model and demand.
For orders that include a prescription, production may take up to 10 business days.
Once production is complete, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing and packaging before shipping.
